Construction Wages Council Wage R~ullll ioo (Amendment) Order,

IN exercise of the powen conferred by seclio n 8 of the Condi tions

of Emplo)'menl ( Regulation) Act. lhe Min iste r forSodal Policy, having

received proposals from lhe ConSlruct ion Wages Council concerning

the conditions o f e mployment o f the e mployees in relalion 10 whom the

:;aid Wages Council operates, has made the following order:-

Regulation Order, 1980 hereinafter referred to as "the pri ncipal order" , of 19!1l.

This o rde r sha ll come into force on the 9th April, 1990,
