IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Conditions

of Employment (Regulation) Act , the Minister for Social Policy has

designllled the 151 April. 1990 as the date on which the provisions of

article 2 of the: Wholesale and Retail T rades Wages Council

(Amendment) Orde r, 1989 which was published by Legal Notice No , 2

of 1989 thereby substituting subparagraph (b) of paragraph 3 of the

Wholesale and Retail T rades Wages Cou ncil Order, whieh o rder was

published as Go ve rn me nt Notice No. 430 on the 19th August, 1955,

shall come into force .
