IN exe rcise of the powers conferred by section 37 of the Telemaha

Co rporation Act , 1975, th e Boa rd, with the approval of the Minister for

Development o f Infrastructure and with the concurn:ncc of the Minister

o f Finance, has made the following rc:guJa lions:-

I. These regulatiol1$ may be cited as the Telephone Service

(Amendment) Regulations, 1990. a nd Shall be read and construed as
