Fees (Stamping, Weighing, Valuing and Assayor
Gmd and Silver Artkles) Regulations, 1990
IN cxercise of the powel'!i confe rred by section 2 of the Fees
O rdinance , the Minister of Finance has made the following regula·
tions:-

For affixing the stamp to gold or silver articles

The ahove rates are subject to a minimum charge of

marking.

The re shall be payable to the Commissioner of Inland
Revenue . in respect o f the services specified in the First Column of the
Schedule to these regulations, the fees specified against such se rvices in
the Second Column of the said Schedule.
The Fees (Sta mping , Weighing, Valuing and Assay o f Gold
and Silver Articles) Regu lations, 1983. are hereby revoked.
