IN exe rcise of the powers conferred by §eCt;on 12 of the Hous.ing
Authority Act. 1976, the President of Mall a has made the following
ordcr:-
I. This order may be dted as the Housing Authority (Transferof
Assets) (No. 3) Order. 1990.
The property described in paragraph 4 of this order is tlereby
speci fied for the purposes of ~Clion 12 of the Housing Authority ACI.
1976.
The property specified in paragraph 2 o f Ihis order shall be
transferred and vest in the Housing Authori ty as provided in the section
aforesaid wi th dfect from the 23rd February. 1990.
The property referred to in paragraph 2 o f tliis order is the
