(Amrndment) (No. 2) Rrgulalions , 1990

IN exercise o f IIle poWCTS conferred by section 4 of lhe Wireless

Telegraphy Ordinance. the Prime Minister has made the following

regula tions:-

(1) These regulat ions may be died as the Wi re less Tele-

graphy (Broadcast Licem:c Charges) (Am endmenT ) (N o . 2) Regula-

tions . 1990 and shall be read and construed as one with the Wire less

Te legraph y ( Broadcast Lice nce Charges) Regulations. 1962. he rei n-

afte r refe rred to as "the principal regula tiol\S",

(2 ) These regula tions shall be deemed 10 hal'c come into

forCl: on the 26t h January. 1990.

Fo r paragraph (b) in Co lumn 2 and the Fees in Columns) and 4

correspo nding to item 1 in Co lumn 1 of the Fi rsl Schedule 10 the

principa l regu la lio ns. there shall be substitu ted the following
