FftS (I'asspons a nd Visas) Regulations, 199(1

IN exe rcise of the powers oonferred by section 2 of the Fees

Ordinance . and by sections 22 and 62A orlhe Duly on Documen ts Act,

]981, the Min iste r of Foreign Affairs and Minister o f Fin ance have

made the following rcgulatiol1.'l: -

These regulations may be cited as the Fees (Passpon s and 0 •• """ _

Visas) Regulations, 1990 and shall come into force o n the 1st March. ,

country shaH be eq uivalent 10 tile fee s ctlargcd by the 3uthorit iesof th at

country for their visas on passports of ci tize ns of Malta.
