IN exercise of the power.; conferred by section 25 or,be Insurance

Business Act. 1981, the Minister of Finance has made the following

regu la tions:-

These regula tions may be ciied as the Life Insurance (Statutory

Notice) (Ame ndment) Regulations , 1990, and shall be read and

construed as one with the Life Insurance (Statutory Notice)

Regulatio ns. 1989, hereinafter referred to as "Ihe principal

regulations".

In regulation I of the principal regulations for the words "and

shall come into force o n the 1st March, 1990" there shall be substituted

the words "and shall come in to fo rce on the 1st July , 1 990~ .
