B Y virtue of the po ..... ers vested in him by subsection (3) of section
11 of the Income Tax Act. the Minister of Finance has ordered Ih u, the
interest payable in respect of the issue ot Lrn700,(O) 3 per cen t Local
Development Registe red Slock. 1995 (3rd Issue), a5 notified in
GOllcmment Gazelle No. 15,218 of the 19th ~mber, 1989. shall be
exempt from the payment of income lax as from the 28th day of
December. 1989,
