IN exercise o f the powe l"$ conferred by section 3 o f the Home

Ownership (Enoouragemtnl ) Act. 1988. the Director of Social

!-Iousing. with th e approval of the Parlia mentary Secretary in the

Ministry fo r Social Policy "'ith respo nsibili ty fo r Housing. has made the

following regu lations:-

The Schedule: 10 the pri ncipal regulat ions shall be: amended as

follows
