Weekly Allowance National Standard (Amendmen t) Order, 1990

IN exe rcise of the powersconfened by scclion 4 Of the Conditions

of Employme nt (Regula tion) Act, Ihe Minister for Social Policy. on the

recommenda tion of the Labour Board . has ma de the following

Order:-

I. This Order may be cited as the Wee kl y Allowance National

Standa rd (Amendment) Orde r. 1990and shall be read and construed as

one with Ihe Week ly Allowance Na tional Slandard Order. 1988.

In subparagraph ( I) o f paragraph 3 of the principa l Order, for

the words "31 1he Tale of Lml fo re\lery week " there shall be substituted

the words Mat the rate per wee k as is established in paragroph 4 of Ihis

Immediately afler paragnph 3 of lhe principal Order there

shall be added the following

The rate of allowance payable according to

paragroph 3 of this Order shall be-

(i) with effect from the first day of January 1989.

(ii) wilh effect from the fi rst day of January 1991 .
