IN exercise of the powe rs conferrcd by :section 6 of the Eu roront roJ

Act, 1989, the Minister for Deve lopmen t o f Infrastructu re has made

the following regulations

I . (I) These regulations may be cited as the Civi l Aviation

( R<lute Charges for Naviga tion Services) ( Amend ment) Regula tions,

1990, and shall be rcad and construed as one with the Civil Aviat ion

( Ro ute Charges for Navigation Scl"Yiccs) Regulations, 1989, he rcinafter

referred to as "the principal regu lations~.

(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 1st day

of January , 1991.

For the Schedule to the principal regulati ons there shall be

substi tuted the fo llowing
