interest payable in respect of the issue of Lm5.000.000 4.2% Local
Deve lopment Registered Stock 1995 (Sixth Issue) as notified in Legal
Notice No. 187 of 1990 published in Governmen t Gazette No. 15.357 of
the 16th November. 1990. shall be exe mpt from the payment of inco me
tax.
