IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 39 of the Import

Duties Act, 1989, the Minister of Finance has made tile following

order; -

Th is order ma y be cited as the Import Duties Act (Ame ndment a,.Iion.

of First Schedule) Order, 1990, and shall be rcad and construed as one

with the First Schedule to th e Import Duties Act. 1989, hereinafter

referred to as " Ihe First Schedule to the Act",
