Business Act, 1981, the Minister of Finance has made the following

regulatiollll:-

I . These regulations may be cited 11$ the Life Insuranre (Statutory

Notice) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulatiollll, 1990, and shall be read and

construed 11$ one with the life Insurance (Statutory Notice)

Regulations, 1989, hereinafter refen ed to as "the principal

regulations~ .

In regUlation 1 of the principal regulations for the words "and

shan come into force on the 1st Ianuary, 1991" there shan be substituted

the words "and shall come into force OD the 1st July, 1991" .
