IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the Post Office

Act. 1975. Ihe Min ister for Development of Infrastructure, wilh Ille

concurrence of the Minister of Finance. has made the following

rcgu1ations:-

I. (1) These regulations may be cited as th,' Overseas Post

(Amendment) (No. S) Regulations. 1990. and shall be read and

construed as onc with the Ovcrse~$ Post Regulations. 1989. hcreinafler

referred 10 as "the principal regulations" .

(2)

These regulations shall come into force on Ihe 1st

December. 1990.
