IN exercise orthc powers conferred by section90f the Beer (E xcise

Du ty) ACl a nd by section 2 of lhe Fees O rdinance . the Minis{er o f

Finance has made the following regu lations:-

These regu lalions may be cited as lhe Beer Manufacture

( Li ce nce Fees) Regu lations . 1990 and sha ll come in to force on the Is{

Jan ua ry. 199 1.

The re shall be paid to the Com ptroller of Customs. in respect

of {he issue or renewa l of a licence under seclion 4 of the Bce r ( Ex cise

Duty) Act. a fee of one hundred Maltese Liri (I.mIOO) per annum.

The annual fee for a licence for the manufactu re o f beer

specified in Govern mcm Notice No . 160 of 1933 as amending

Gove rnmen t NOl ice No. 338 of 1925 . is hereby repea led.
