Housing Authority (T",nsftr of A.sSI:'l~) (No. to) Order, 1990

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 o f the Housing

Authority Act, 1976, the President of Malta lIas made the following

order:-

This ordu may be cited as the Housing Authority (Transfer of

Assets) (No. 10) Order. [990.

The property described in paragraph 4 of this order is hereby

speci fi ed for the purposes of section 12 of tlle Housing Autllority Act.

1976. J. The propcny specified in paragraph 2 of this order shall be

tran sferred and vest in tlle Housing Authority as provided in the section

aforesa id with effect from the 9th November , 1990.

(I) An area of land including structures forming part of the

Mt arfa Government Housing Estate, limits of Mdina, having an

area of approximately 6,960 square metres, bounded on the North-

West and South-West by Government properly and on the South-

East by a public road, edged green and marked "1" on LO. 303/90

( Ex·Scrvice Property No. 16503, 16505).

(2) An area of land including structures forming part uf the

Mtarfa G overnment Housing Estate. limil~ uf Mdina, having an

area of appro xi mately 20).580 square metres. bounded on the

South-West and East by Government property and on the South-

East by property of the Cathedral Chapter. edged gree n and

marked "2'" on L.D . 303/90. excluding the areas and structures

coloured red and yellow (Ex· Service j' ropcrty No. 16503. 16505.
