Development Registered Stock 1995 (Nin th Issue) be crea ted Qnd

I . The Stock shall be iss ued at the price of Lm lOO per ce nt and

shall be allo tted by applica tion . The Stock , when fu ll ~ pa id, shall be

registered . Applica tio ns for the all otment of stock shall open on

Monda~, 19th November, 1990 at 9.00 a .m. and shall close at 12.00

noon on th e 1st Decembe r, 1990 or e arlier at the d iscretion of the

Accountant Ge ne ral.

the gene ral revenue and asse ts o f Ihe Governme nt of Malta shall be

made as a contrib utio n to the sink ing fund establi shed for the pu rpose of

redeeming the stock. The fi rst contri but ion shall be made within thrcc

years from the 2nd day of Dece mbe r, 1990.

The Stock shaH be redeemed at par on such date between the

1st day of January , 1995 and the 3 1st day of Dece mber. 1995 (both dales

inclusive) as shall be dete rmined by the Aa:ounlant Gene ral and

notified in the Gazette. Stock shall be redeemed onl y o n the surrender

of the stock certifica te issued .
