IN exercise of the powers confe m:d by section 14 of the

Ex~ndifu re Levy Aa,

1990. the Mi nister of Fi nance has made the

followin g regu lat ions:-

I . (I) These regulations may be ci ted as the Expe nditu re Levy

Regulation 5 of the principal regulations shall be: ame nded as

follows:-

(a) the: present provisIOns of the regulatio(l shall be
