EXPENDITURE LEVV ACT, 1990

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the

Expenditure Levy Act , 1990, the Minister of Finance has made the

followin g regulations:-

I. (I) These regulations may be cited 115 the Expenditure Levy

(Travel Services) (Amendment) Regulations, 1990, and shall be re ad

and construed as o nc with the Expenditure Levy (Travel Serviccs)

Regulations. 1990. hereinafter refe rred to as ~Ihe principal

regulations~ .

(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 1st

November, ]990.

For the proviso to regulation 8 of the principal regu lations

there shall be substitu led the followi ng:-

MJ>rovided t h ~t for the purpose of collecting the levy

chargeable under this paragraph, Mse ll er" shall be construed to mean an
