EXPENDITURE LEVY ACT, 1990

IN exe rcise of the powers conferred by section 14 o f the

Expenditu re Levy Act. 1990, Ihe Minister of Finance has made th e

fo llowing regulalions: -

I . (I ) These regulations may be ci ted as the E:o:pend iture Levy

(Ame ndment of Sched ule) (No. 2) Regul ations, 1990. and shall be read

and construed as one with the Sc hedule 10 th e EJpe ndi ture Levy Act ,

1990. hereinafter refe rred fO as "the Schedule 10 Ihe Act".

(2) These regula tions shall come into force o n the 1st

Nove mber, 1990.

The Schedule 10 Ihe Act shall be 3mended 3S folJo ws:-
