Noti~ of Coming into Force

IN virtue of subsection (2) of section 1 of the Emp loyment and

Training Services Act. 1990. the Minister for Social Policy has

appointed the 5th day of November, 1990, as the date on which the

provisions of 1ieetions 11 to 15 (both inclusive). and the pwvi,ions of

section 56 with regard to the repeal of the Employment Service Act

(Cap. \4\) in so far as effecting registration alld referral for employment

under the said Employment Service Act (Cap. 141) . shall co lli e into

force.
