IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the National
Tourism Organisation Act, 1984, IlIe Minister for Development of
Te rtiary Scc10r wilh (be concurrence o f the Ministe r of Fi nance lIa5
made the following regulalions:-
( I) These regulations may be ciled as the National Tourism
Orgal1isatio n (Contribution s) (Ame ndment) Regulations, 1990. and
shall be read and oonstrued as one with the Nat ional Tourism
L .N. 6< of 1!l84. Organisa tio n (Contributions) Regu lations, 1984, hereinafter refe rred
to as " the principal regul ations",
(2) These regul ations Shall be deemed to have come into
force on the 15\ J anuary, 1989.
