IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 o f the Fen

Ordinance, the Minister for Development of Infrastructure with the

oon,.-urrencc of the Minister of Fina nce. has made the following

regulations:-

I. (I) These regulations may be cited as the Fees (Building

Permits) (Ame ndmen t) Regulations. 1990, and shall be read and

~"<)nst rucd as onc with th e Fees (Building Permi ts) Regulatio ns. 1987,

hereinafTer refe rred 10 as "the principal regulutions".

(2 ) These: regulations shall be deemed to have oome into

fo rce on the 251h January, 1988.

Regulation 3 of the principal regula tions shall be amended 115
