Authority Act , 1976, the PTesidc:nt o f Malta has made the followi ng

o rder: -

I. This orde r may be cited as the Housing Authority (Transfer of 0 .. ,100 .

AsseIS)(No. 7) Order, 1990.

The property described in paragraph 4 of this order is hereby

specified for the purposes of section 12 of the Housing Authority Act.
