IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2S of the Insurance

Business Act , 1981, the Mi nister of Finance has made tne following

regu lations: -

I. (I) These regulations may be cited as the Insural\Ce Business

Fund ( Amendment) Regulat ions, 1990. and shall be read and

construed as one with the Insurance Business Security Fund

Regulations , 1986. he reinafte r referred to as "the prin<:ipal

rC8ulations~ .

(2) These regu lations shall be deem ed 10 have come into

force o n the 3 1st August . 1990.

For paragraph (c) of the provi50 to regulation 13 of the

principal regulations the re shall be substit uted the fol1owing: -

M(C) re-Insurance; or

CJfpoOrt credit guarantee in surance.~.
