Auxiliary Wor\i;en and Training Scheme (Amendmenl)

IN exe rcise of the powers conferred by section 15A of the

Employment Service ACI , and of section 56 of Ihe Employment and

Training Services Act , 1990, the Ministerfor Social Policy has made Ihe

following tegulations:-

I. (I) These regulations may be cited as the Auxiliary Workers

and Training Scheme (Amendment) Regulalions , 1990, and shall be

read and construed as one with the Auxiliary Workers and Training

Scheme Regulations, 1988, hereinafter referred to as ··the principal

regulations~ .

(2) Tn ese regulations shall be deemed to have come into

force on the 7th August, 1990.

In regulation 2 of the principal regulations for the definition of

"'the Board" there shall be substituted the followi ng:-

'" '"the Board"' mean s the Bo ard of Directors of the

Employment and Training Corporation estab lished by, and

appointed in accordance with. the provisions of th e Employment

and Training Services Act , 1990;".

Regu lat ion 3 of the principal regulations is hereby repealed.
