Duty 0<1 Applblloa Forms (Amtndmml) Regulations, 1990

IN exe rcise of the powers confe rred by subsection (I ) o f section

62A of the Duty on Documents Act , 1981, the Ministe r of Finance has

made the followi ng regulations:-

I. TheM: regulations may be ci led as the Duty on Application

Forms (Amendment) Regulations, 1990, and Shall be read and

construed as one with the Duly on Application Fonns Regulations,

1986, he reinafter referred to as " Ihe principal tegul ations",
