IN exercise of the powe" conferred by secti on 3 of the Supplie$ and

Services Act, the Minister fo r Developmenl ofTcniary Sector has made

tne following regulations:-

These regulations may be ci ted as the Ex portation (CO lltrol)

(A mendment) Regulations, 1990. and shall be read and construed as

()ne with tbe Exportation (Control) Regulations, 1948, hereinafter

referred to as " the princi pal regulations~.

For paragraph (3) of regulat ion 3 of the principal regulations

there shall be subst ituted the following;

M(3) An ope n general licence is here by gran ted fo r the

exportation from these Islands, other Ihan the cx!'Onalion to Iraq and

Kuwa it , of goods of any description not included in tbe Schedule
