These regulations may be cited as the Importation (Control)

(Ame ndment) (No. 2) Regula tions, 1990, and shall be read and

construed as one with the Importation (Control) Regul ations, 1969,

hereinaft er referred to as ~the princi pal regulaliol1S~.
