Equipment O rder , 1990 (Order No. M28 o f 1990) was laid befor-e the

House of Re prese nta tives in accordance with sub$ection (2) of section 5

of the Quatity Control ( Exports , Imports and. Local Goods) Ad on the

18th lune. 1990 and that the said Order shall come into force on t he 1st

January , 1991.
