IN exercise of the powers conkrred by scC1ion 2 of the Fees

Ordina nce . t he Minister for Development of Infrastruct ure . wilh the

concurrence of t he Ministe r o f Fi na nce. has made the following regula-

tio ns

L These regulat io ns may be cited as the Airport (passe llge r

Serv ice Charge ) ( A me ndme nt) Regu lations. 1990. a nd shall be read a nd

constr ued as onc with the Airport ( Passenger Service Churgc ) Regul a-

tio ns. 19f!O, hereinafte r referred to as " the principal regulatio ns·'.

Fo r the de finition o f "direct transit passenger" in regulation 2

of the pri nci pal regulations tnere shall be subst ituted the foI10 ..... i08:-

.. "di rect tra nsit passenge r" means a dep;:an ing passe nger who
