Yachting CtntR (Amendment) Regulations, 1990

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 233 of the Code

of Police Laws, by section 7 of the Port Dues Ordinance, and by

sections 12, 26, 29 and 42 of the Ports Ordinance. the Mi nister for

Dc~elopmenl of Tertiary Sector, with the concurrence of the Minister

of Finance. has made the following regulations:-

J. (I) These regulations may be cited as the Yachting Centre

(Amendment) Regulations, 1990. and shall be read and construed as

onc with the Yachting Cent re Regulations, 1967, hereinafter referred

to as "the principal regulations".

(2) These n:gulations shall be deemed to have come into

force on the 9th day o f September, 1989.

2, Immediately after regulation 19 of the principal regulations

there sha ll be added the following new regulation:~

Immediately after ite m 2 of the Schedule to the principal

regulations there shall be added the foll owing new item: ~

"'(Regulation 19A)

3 . Fees payable in respect of any yacht in a yachting centre

provided with unmetered wate r and electricity services, for every

running meter or part thereof of overa ll length, for every week

o r part thereof

7 cents

(a)

Yachts th at are not lived upon ..

25 cents.".
