This order may be ciled as the Housing Authority (Transfer of
Assc ts)(No. 5) Order. 1990.
The property described in paragraph 4 of this order is hereby
specified for the purposes of section 12 of the Housi ng Authority Act.

transferred and vest in the Housing Authority as pro\'ided in tile section
