IN exercise of the powers vested in him by section 39 (2) of the
Education Act. 1988. the Minister o f Education. with th e concurrence
of the Mi nister o f Finance. has made the fo llowing regu la tions:-
l. These regulations may bot cited as the University FCC$
Regulations. 1990. and shall bot dcemed to have come into force on the
1st Cktobcr. 1989.
