IN exercise of the powers oonferred by section 12 of the Housing

Authority Act. 1976. the President of Malta ha~ made Ihe following

I. Th is order may be cited as the Housing Autllority (Transfer of

Assets) (No. 8) Order. 1989.

The property described in paragraph 4 of this order is hereby

specified for the purposes of section 12 of the Housing Authority Act,

1976. J. The property specified in paragraph 2 of Ihis order shall be

transferred and vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the section

aforesaid with effect from the 8th J une , 1989.

The properly referred to in paragraph 2 of this order is the

following. thill is to say

(a) The following land fonning part of the Bunnarrad

Government Housing Estate. limits of Bunnarrad:-

(il An area of land consisting of the plot in the said

Estate known as Plot No. 2 having an area of appro~imately

180 square metres. bounded on the North , East and North·

West by Government property;

(ii) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known a\ Plot Nos. 3 to 9 having an area of

appro~imately 1.285 square metres. bounded on the North·

West , South and Sout·West by Government property.
