Shi pping (A mendmem) Act, 1988, the Minister for Development of

Te rtiary Sector has made the following regula tio ns:-

I. These regulations may be ciled as the MerchaOl Shipping

ships registe red before the comi ng ill force of sect ions 8 and 11 of th e

Amendme nt Act.
