IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Housing

Autho rity Act. 1970. the Prcsidem of Malta has made the following

ord e r:-

This order may be ci ted as Ihe Housing Authority (T ransfer of

'\ssct sj (No. 7) Order. 19!!9.

1. The property de>eribed in paragraph 4 of this order is hereby

,~ci fied for the purposes of section 12 of Ihe Housing Authority Act.
