POL IO : LICENCES ACT (CAP. 128)

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section J of the Police

Licences Act, the Deputy Prime Minister and Ministe r of the Interior

and Justice, wi th the concu rre nce oflhe Ministe r of Finance. has made

the following regulalions:-

I. These regulations may be cited as the Police Licences

(Amendment) Regulations. 1989, and shall be read and construed as

one wi th the Police Licences Regulations. 1949. hereinafter referred to

as Mthe principal regulations".
