Assets) (No. 6) Order. 1989.

The property specified in paragraph 2 of this order shall be "'ppu;nt<d doy
transfem:d and vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the section
aforesa id with effect from the 12th May. 1989.
The property referred to in paragraph 2 of this order is the

Government Housing Estate. limi ts of Altard
(i) An area of lalld consisting of the plots in the said

approxim ately 6.528 square metres. bounded on the North·

(ii) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said
Estate known as Plot Nos. 145 10 153 having an area of
