IN exercise ofthc powers conferred by seclion SOof lhe Prcvenlion
of Disease Ordinance. Ihe Mi nister for Social Policy. on Ihe lldvicc of
Ihe Council of Heahh and with the concurrence of the Minister of
Finance. has made the following regulations:-
I. These regula ' io ns may be cited as 'he I'or, Hea lth
(Amendme m) Regul3,ions. 1989. and shall be read and construed a5
onc wilh the Port Heallh Regula'ions. 1946, hereinafter refe rred '0 as
