Customs (Ami'ndmi'nt ) Regulat ions, 1989
IN e~ercisc of the POWo!TS conferred by section 80 of the CuStoms
Ordinance, the Mini ste r of Finance has made the following
regulations:~
These regulations may be ci ted as the Customs (Amendment)
Regulations, 1989 and shull be read and construed as one with the
Customs Regu lations, 1957. tlereinaf,e r referred to as "t he principal
regula tio ns-.
1. The Fil"St Sctledule to the principal regulations stlall be
amended as follows
paragraphs numbered 1.2. 3.4 and 6 shall be deleted;
(a)
(b) pa ragraphs numbered S. 7. 8. 9.10. II nnd 12 shall be
respectively ren umbered 1. 2.3. 4.5. 6 and 7; and
(c) immediately Hfter paragra ph 7 as renumbered. ttlere
shall be added the following new paragraphs

adjoining it enclosed by the CuslOms boundary fence.
