IN exercise of the powers conferred by section IS of the Hotels
and Cateri ng Establishmenlli Act . 1967. the Ministe r for Developme nt
of Ten iary Sector, with the cooeurrenee of Ihe Minister of Finance,
has made the following Il:gulations;-
I. ( I) These regulatiOlls may be cited as the Hotels and
Catering Establish ments (Amendme nt) Regulations, 1989, and shall
be read and const rued as one with the HOleb and Catering
Establishmen ts Regulations. 19n, herei nafter referrtd 10 as Mthe L .N. 67 <>f tm
princi pal regulations~.
(2) These regulatio ns shall be deemed 10 come in lo force
on Ihe 1st Janu ary , 1990.
