Act, 1975, the Ministerfor Developmen t of Infrastructure has made the

following regulat ions:-

( I) These: regulations may be cited as the Inland Post

(Amendment) ( No. 2) Regulations, 1989, and shall be read and con-

strued as one wit h the Inland Post Regulations. 1985. hereinafter refe r-

red to as "the principal regulations".

(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 16th May.
