FEES ORDINANCE (CAP. 35)

Fees (Amendment) Regulllllons, 1989

IN uercise of the powers conferred by section 2 ot Ule Fee$

Ordinance, the Deputy Prime Ministe r and Ministerofthe Interior-and

Justice, with the coocurrence of the Minister of Finance, has made the

following regulations:-

(1) These regu lations may heci ted as the Fees(Amtndment)

Regulatio ns, 1989, and shall be read and construed as one with

Government Notice number 338 of 1925, u amended by Gove rnment

Notice 5iJ of 1955 and Government Noti ce 761 of 1956 hereinafter

referred to as "the principal regulations".

These regulations shal l come into force on the 15th May,

1989.

Under the headin, " ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE" in

the principal regulations the item ~Swearing of affidavits and

attestations o f sicnalUres" shall he deleted.

J. Under the heading "COURTS O F JUDICIAL POLICE" in

the principal regulations, the item MSwcaring of affidavits and

auestations of signatures before a Magistrate" shall be deleted.
