Housing Authority (Transreror Assets) (No. 2) Order, 1989

IN fi!xercise of the powers conferred by 5Cction 12 of the Housing

Authority Act. 1976. the Acting President of Malta has made the

following order:-

The property described in paragraph 4 of this order is hereby

specified for the purposes of section 12 of the Housing Authority Act,

1976.

The property specified in paragraph 2 of this order shall be

transferred and vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the 5Cction

aforesaid with effect from the 16th February, 1989.

(a) An area of land forming part of the Oormi Tal-B/m II

Government Housing Estate, limits of Oormi. consisti ng of the

plots in the said Estate known as Plot Nos. 13 and 14 having an area

of approximately 460 square metres. bounded on the North-East

and South-West by a public rood and Sout h-East by Government

property.

(b) The following land forming part of the Zabbar Tal-Plier.

GO\'ernment Housing Estate. limits of Zabbar

(i) An area of land consisting of Ihe plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 1 to 9 and 15 to 25 having an areaof

approximate ly 3542 square metres. bounded on the North-

West. South-West and North by Government property;

(ii) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 26 to 47 having an area of

approximately 4.065.5 square metres. bounded on the North-

East. South-West and South-East by Government property.

(c) The following land forming part of the Xewkija

Tal-Barmil Government Housing Estate. lim its of Xewkija. Gow

(i) An area of land consisting of the plots in the sa id

Estate known as Plot Nos. I to 30 having an area of

approximately 7,260 square metres. bounded on the North.

South, East and West by Government property;

(ii) A n area of land consisting of the plots i" the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 31 to :IS having an area of
