Corporation Act. 1975. the Board. wi th the ~ppro"al orlhc Minister for
Development of Infrastructu re. and wil h the concurrence of the
Min ister of Fina nce. ha$ made the following regulations:-
I. (I) These regulations may I>t: ci ted as the Telephone Service
(Amendmcm) Regulations. 1989. and shall be read and construed as
one wilh the Telephone Service Regulat ions. 1972. herei nafter rdcrrcd
to as "the principal regulmions-.
(2) These regu latio ns Shiln be dee med 10 ha ve come ;nlo
