on the 20th f ebruary. 1989. and th at all paragraphs of the said Orde r,

Clce pt parn,kraph 4. 1. 1. shall have effect from the 14th March. 1989.

The aforeme ntioned paragraph 4. 1. 1 o f tne Order sha ll have effect on

the 1st October, 1989.
