IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees O rdi -

nance, the Min iste r of Finance has made the following regulatio ns:-

I. These regulatio ns may be cited as the Fees (Keepi ng of Motor

Vehicles by the Customs Department) Regula tions, 1989.

The re shall be cha rged by the Comptrolle r of Customs fo r the

Provided that such fee shall be increased to one Maltese lira

cha rgeab le unde r this reg ula tion sha ll be of o ne fourth of the amount

chargeable as aforesaid .
